Our Commitment At Aerolux™, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent, in full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Consumer Guarantees Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. 30-Day Change of Mind We offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs for "change of mind" are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your Aerolux™ unit is defective or damaged, contact our support team immediately at support@aerolux.com.au. We will prioritize your case to provide a swift repair, replacement, or full refund.
