Fast & Insured Delivery We strive to get your Aerolux™ to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Times All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

• Standard Insured Shipping: FREE (7-12 Business Days)

• Priority Insured Shipping: $9.95 AUD (5-9 Business Days)

Note: Deliveries to remote areas in Western Australia (WA) or Northern Territory (NT) may occasionally experience slight delays.

3. Tracking Your Order Once shipped, you can track your journey via our "Track Your Order" page. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking system to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
